• Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
• Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless service and guest experiences.

• Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and development.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Superior communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
