Job Description

We are looking for a passionate talent with former Finance / Controlling experience who will oversee and drive from Finance / Controlling point of view the successful opening of Swissôtel Mariánské Lázně Resort hotel;  a newly constructed  5-star hotel with 125 hotel rooms and suites. The amazing new built hotel is set to open  mid 2025, operated under Swissôtel brand via Hotel Management Agreement.

What Will Be Your Responsibilities?

  • Financial Management and Control: Overseeing the hotel´s finance, accounting, purchasing and IT operations.
  • Strategic Planning: Preparing the annual operating budget and monthly forecasts as well as month-end reports. Analyse reports and budget optimization where applicable.
  • Accuracy and Transparency: Ensuring that records and accounting accurately reflect financial operations and asset management.
  • Internal Control Systems: Creating and implementing systems in line with USALI standards, local legislation and Accor standards.
  • Financial Reporting: Certifying and controlling both internal and external financial reports.
  • Management Support: Providing strategic financial recommendations and participating in project management.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to accounting standards, legislation and corporate policies.
  • Cash Flow Management: Planning and optimizing cash flows for both short-term and long.term needs.
  • Crisis Management: Preparing financial plans for unforeseen circumstances and ensuring stability.

Qualifications

Who Are We Looking For?

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has at least 5 years of experience in finance or controlling.
  • Holds at least a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or any related field.
  • Has professional proficiency in English.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills and analytical thinking.

Advantage is:

  • Bring valuable experience from a premium or luxury international hotel.
  • Understands and applies USALI standards.
