The 5-star, 136-room Pullman Budapest hotel is looking for a F&B Supervisor on a permanent contract. 

DUTIES:

Professional and high quality management of events in the F&B department and in the hotel's special rooms

• Supervision, supervision and control of the F&B staff (restaurant, bar, rooftop bar)
• Maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant and general HACCP standards
• Maintaining and improving the guest experience / guest satisfaction
• Coordination of opening and closing tasks
• Ensuring the smooth running of all the necessary administrative tasks relating to the restaurant (goods, ordering, inventory)
• Maintaining constant contact with customers and guests
• Supporting the efficient operation of the F&B areas
• Continuous cooperation with the management

REQUIREMENTS:

• Good organisational and leadership skills
• Punctuality and drive
• Guest-oriented, team player, loyal, reliable attitude
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in hospitality
• Knowledge of English
