Job Description

  • You are required to take proper care of all material and tool.
  • You are required to keep your working environment clean and tidy free from all potential hazard
  • Self-started and proactive profile
  • Should be able to manage the stock level and replenished accordingly
  • Recommends the proper material for repairing and maintenance.
  • Should have proper control and monitoring of the tools, equipment and materials to complete the job in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Carries out for the correct operation, maintenance and breakdown on HVACR systems (extractors, air condition, cold room, freezer etc…).
  • Work with other department, the jobs get do be done,
  • You should be flexible towards tasks assigned to him to work odd hours.
  • make sure that all machineries are working properly
  • check instruments and switchboards to make sure that all systems are working efficiently to detect line disturbances
  • keep the record of fuel used for generators.
  • Monitor and records all the operational data which are related to distribution of power.
  • In the event of power interruption he should be familiar with the basic troubleshooting
  • Check and ensure that the water plant is operational and record water usage and production
  • Daily check the water level in the tank.
  • Performing routine maintenance on equipment and determine the same as and when required
  • Maintain the plant operation equipment and facilities in a clean and orderly condition.
  • Function as a shift operator; make decision and stand alone on shift
  • Ability to work extended hours if and when required.
  • Respond to emergencies such as fire and environmental hazards.
  • follow preventive maintenance on the equipment that are assigned in your field of operation
  • You are required to check all specification of parts before order
  • Should have proper control and monitoring of the tools, equipment and materials to complete the job in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Monitors jobs to ensure quality and compliance with job standards
  • Maintain all the service records and the logbooks.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the workspaces and ensures the safety of all the tools
  • Achieves the tasks, which are entrusted to him by the management.
  • Recommends improvements, changes or new techniques and procedures
  • Attends all safety and security trainings, adheres  and obeys to all resort policies and procedures
  • Coordinates activities with other department and outside contractors
  • Ability to work extended hours as and when required.
  • Take part in all preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance and troubleshooting of all equipment in the assign fields
  • Quick serve for emergency call other than preventive maintenance and Breakdown maintenance.
  • Maintain the Daily work progress in a log sheet
  • Make accurate estimate of work time and material needed for installation and repair and that of your sub ordinates.
  • Monitor your sub ordinates attendance and leave record
  • Plan and supervises the day to day Activities according to Manpower and Equipment.
  • Clear and well defined instruction to the sub-ordinate.
  • Develop and maintain effective working relation with other department and public.
  • Takes part in the meetings of the Engineering department.
  • Attends all trainings performed at the resort general and departmental.
  • Attends all safety and security trainings, adheres  and obeys to all resort policies and procedures
  • You will be required to follow any other instructions and to perform any other related duties as assigned by the management.  The hotel reserves the right to update, revise or change this job description and related duties at any time.   


  • Sound knowledge in electrical and mechanical system
  • Certificate/diploma in related field
  • Knowledge in basic health and safety related to this field and you are require to abide to.
  • Diploma in Electrical Installation
