Chef de Partie role & a Short Order Cook role

Key Responsibilities: Chef de Partie

• Preparation, cooking, presentation standards and cleaning
• Uphold quality standards and cost control measures with a sustainable focus
• 2-3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie
• Delegate tasks effectively 
• Collaborate on innovative menu development, preparation
• Stock rotation to reduce wastage and promote efficiency
• Assist with administrative tasks 
• Maintain equipment to ensure functionality and energy efficiency
• Adhere to daily hygiene and safety protocols
• Ensure Food Control Plan tasks are recorded daily on Chomp
• Assist with training apprentices and kitchen staff
• Ability to run sections and grill section
• Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills in English
• $28.18 - $31.65 per hour

• Help  with menu and preparation and ordering
• Love to cook, innovative and share your ideas
• Share duties and responsibilities
• Ensure strict stock rotation and minimum wastage
  Ensure all equipment is maintained, serviced and cleaned
• Maintain hygiene and safety procedures
• Ability to work roster shifts, two days off together 
• $28.18 - $28.18 per hour

2-3 years as Chef de Partie 

Short Order cook 6 months prepping or cooking experience
