How does your working day look like...

• You take care of your guests during their stay in the banquet area

• You are the contact person for our guests and also know how to deal with complaints

• You are the first point of contact for our guests during the events

• Setting up and converting the conference rooms

• Preparation and supervision of coffee breaks

• Coordinating the banquet business processes with the other departments in the hotel

• Collaboration with the service and kitchen team

• Conducting debriefings with conference guests and documenting individual customer requests for future offers and events

• Preparation of the mise en place

• Booking, cashiering and billing with the Micros POS system
