We are looking for an ambitious and energetic assistant to join our Global and Premium, Midscale & Economy Commercial Team. This is an exciting role supporting the transformation of the division.
Support individually SVP Digital Marketing, SVP Revenue Management & Business Performance, and transversally all the division under the management of the VP Business Support and working closely with the CCO PMO.

What you will be doing:
Manage all office admin and tools for optimium efficiency
- Team support (HR tools, holiday)
- Procurement / POs / Aspen (finance tool)
- Place orders for equipment, supplies and consumables and check the conformity of deliveries
- Manage expense reports and manage budgets or process accounting files
Manage agenda and travel so that everything runs smoothly
- Manage the agenda and the daily schedule of the manager: (appointments, travel, vacations...)
- Logistical organization of trips and related documents.
- Physically welcome appointments at HQ
- Support on organization of conferences and team events
Manage internal events and communication
- Manage internal CCO communications schedule (Get together, team lunch, team building events, etc.)
- Manage internal CCO events and communication organisation and set up (coordination, logistics, third parties, etc.)
Document and presentation support (#LovePowerpoint)
- Prepare and control the files necessary to the mission of the leaders (documentation, reports, communication supports
- Support the preparation of Presentation and research as requested
Support T&C process
- Talent & culture (support recruitment / welcome / appraisals arrangements etc)
- Training as an assistant Bac + 2
- 5 years experience required as an office manager is preferable
- French and fluent English (other languages an advantage)
- Analytical and creative mind
- Proactive and solution oriented
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work transversally
- Ability to influence
- Project management
- Proficient in Word & Powerpoint
