Job Description

Lead the Front Office team with confidence and grace in the absence of the Front Office Manager, embodying the essence of our luxury brand and acting as the hotel's esteemed representative. Supervise and orchestrate all guest arrivals and departures with attention to detail, ensuring room allocations and processes are consistently tailored to meet and exceed guest expectations. Oversee the seamless operation of lobby services, including car parking, porter services, and telephone management, to deliver an outstanding and welcoming experience for all guests. Collaboration across all levels of the hotel, including department heads, team members, contractors, and hotel owners, to ensure a harmonious and efficient operational environment.


Qualifications

What you will bring to ​the role:

  • You will need a minimum 1-2 years experience in a similar luxury hotel environment.​
  • Able to demonstrate your ability to achieve deadlines with an excellent attention to detail.​
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure and when responding to guest situations and requests.​
  • Ability to lead a team of like- minded Heartists.​
  • Flexibility to work over a 7 day roster
