Job Description

This is what you will do:

As our Assistant Front Office Manager, you understand that every guest interaction matters, and you’re committed to making their experience memorable. Working alongside our Front Office Manager, you'll play a key role in leading our Front Office team, overseeing smooth check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring the highest standard of guest service throughout the day and night. You’ll be the connection between the Front Office Manager, a team of supervisors, and around 20 enthusiastic front-office staff.

Your responsibilities will include training and coaching team members to create a welcoming atmosphere, coordinating daily operational tasks, and optimizing scheduling for every shift to ensure smooth operations. You’ll also take ownership of guest feedback, identifying areas for improvement and leading initiatives to boost guest satisfaction and team engagement. Additionally you will assist the Front Office Manager with administrative tasks.  

As a people manager, you’ll have an important role in coaching and developing your team. At the end of the day, you’ll know you’ve created a seamless experience for our guests, thanks to your organizational skills, positivity, and the team spirit you inspire.

 


Qualifications

This is you:

We are looking for an Assistant Front Office Manager who is guest-oriented, positive, and thrives in a lively environment. You are a people-oriented leader with strong communication skills preferably in both Dutch and English. You are commercially minded, always looking for ways to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. You work well under pressure and have a flexible approach, able to lead effectively across rotating shifts.

In addition, you bring:

  • A completed HBO degree in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a supervisory role within front office or hospitality management
  • A passion for Hospitality!
