Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Novotel Chennai Chamiers Road, India. As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our company's growth by identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed company goals
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our offerings
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts to management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in sales or business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and events
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
