Be the voice behind the elegance. As a Telephone Operator at MGallery, you ensure every call is answered with warmth, precision, and the distinctive charm of our brand, creating smooth connections and exceptional first impressions.
What You Will Be Doing:
Answer all internal and external calls promptly, courteously, and professionally, ensuring a warm and helpful guest experience.
Direct calls efficiently to the appropriate hotel departments or personnel.
Provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding hotel services, room availability, dining options, amenities, and nearby attractions.
Record and execute wake-up call requests with precision and punctuality.
Handle emergency and security-related calls in strict adherence to hotel safety and response protocols.
Accurately take and relay guest messages, ensuring timely and discreet delivery.
Respond to guest requests and concerns via phone, ensuring follow-up or escalation when necessary.
Assist in managing restaurant reservations, coordinating with F&B outlets to maximize guest satisfaction and optimize seating availability.
Maintain and update the internal telephone directory regularly.
Uphold strict confidentiality and privacy standards concerning all guest and hotel information.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar hospitality role is preferred.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of hotel operations and services.
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in using telephone systems and basic computer applications.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
