SO/ Sotogrande, a luxurious resort located in the beautiful coastal town of Sotogrande, Spain, is seeking a dedicated and energetic Personal Trainer to join our wellness team. As a Personal Trainer at SO/ Sotogrande, you will play a crucial role in helping our guests achieve their fitness goals while enjoying a world-class vacation experience.

• Design and implement personalized fitness programs tailored to individual client needs and goals
• Conduct one-on-one and small group training sessions, ensuring proper form and technique
• Perform fitness assessments and track client progress
• Provide nutritional guidance and lifestyle recommendations to support clients' overall wellness
• Maintain a safe and clean workout environment, adhering to all safety protocols
• Collaborate with the resort's spa and wellness team to create integrated health experiences for guests
• Stay updated on the latest fitness trends and research to continually improve training methods
• Promote and upsell personal training services and wellness packages
• Cultivate a positive and motivating atmosphere that encourages client retention and referrals

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a personal trainer
• Strong knowledge of various fitness modalities, including strength training, cardiovascular exercise, and flexibility work
• Excellent understanding of anatomy, physiology, and proper exercise techniques
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and inspire clients to reach their fitness goals
• Customer service-oriented with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Proficiency in English and Spanish or other languages is a plus
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
