Job Description

  • Oversee Night Operations and Guest Services
    Lead all front office functions during the night shift, including conducting briefings, supervising staff performance, assisting guests with check-ins/outs, and addressing issues with professionalism and care.

  • Ensure Smooth Administrative and Financial Procedures
    Perform the night audit process, verify billing instructions, monitor guest credit, and ensure accurate documentation and reporting of all night operations and guest-related matters.

  • Coordinate Emergency and Crisis Management
    Take charge of any emergency situations during the night shift by collaborating with Security and Engineering teams, and implementing safety, security, and evacuation procedures in line with Accor’s InteREACT and ALEART policies.

  • Maintain Operational Standards and Cleanliness
    Conduct regular inspections of front and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness, order, and compliance with hotel standards, including valet and driveway operations.

  • Drive Team Performance and Training
    Provide leadership, training, and guidance to night shift team members; ensure adherence to service standards, encourage professionalism, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Support Quality, Safety, and Sustainability Goals
    Uphold Accor’s quality, safety, and environmental standards by promoting sustainability practices, monitoring departmental performance, and ensuring the well-being of guests and staff throughout the night.


Qualifications

  • Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
