Job Description

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all kitchen equipment including ovens, refrigerators, freezers, fryers, steamers, and dishwashers.
  • Collaborate with Culinary and Stewarding teams to ensure all kitchen equipment is in optimal working condition.
  • Plan and manage materials and tools for maintenance and project tasks to avoid waste and ensure efficiency.
  • Execute routine preventive maintenance as per the Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule.
  • Install new equipment and ensure proper functionality and compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond quickly and independently to issues in your area of expertise, minimizing downtime.
  • Monitor and manage workshop inventory and initiate procurement when necessary.
  • Complete assigned daily tasks in a timely and organized manner.
  • Attend to additional guest or operational needs as requested by other departments.
  • Follow safety procedures, adhere to company policies, and maintain cleanliness of work areas.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications

  • Vocational or technical certificate in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a hotel, resort, or facility with commercial kitchen operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of kitchen equipment systems and general M&E maintenance.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting systems.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as needed.
  • Basic English and fluent in Thai.
