Job Description

This opportunity is with a planned starting date of 15th August 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet guests promptly and courteously upon arrival

  • Manage waitlists and reservations using a booking system or seating chart

  • Escort guests to tables and provide menus

  • Communicate with servers and managers about guest needs, large parties, or VIPs

  • Maintain cleanliness and order at the front desk, entrance area, and menus

  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and provide accurate restaurant information

  • Monitor the dining area to anticipate and respond to guest needs

  • Ensure a smooth and efficient seating flow during busy shifts

  • Handle guest complaints or refer them to management as needed


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Professional appearance and demeanor

  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays

  • Fluent in Arabic
