Job Description

Job Purpose:

To provide efficient administrative, organizational, and operational support to the Food & Beverage Department, ensuring smooth communication between F&B outlets and departments, while upholding brand standards and contributing to guest satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Coordination Support

  • Provide full administrative support to the Director of F&B.

  • Organize meetings, take minutes, follow up on action plans, and manage departmental calendars.

  • Assist in the preparation of departmental reports: daily revenue, cost control, forecast, and guest feedback.

  • Support menu creation and updating processes by coordinating with culinary and marketing teams.

  • Ensure all documentation, SOPs, and training materials are updated and properly filed.

2. Communication & Interdepartmental Liaison

  • Act as the communication point between F&B outlets, kitchen, events, sales, and other departments.

  • Coordinate F&B involvement in hotel-wide initiatives, events, and promotions.

  • Collaborate with Sales & Marketing for F&B campaigns, photoshoots, and social media content support.

3. Operational Support

  • Assist in organizing F&B special events, VIP setups, or group bookings coordination.

  • Help oversee daily briefings and track action items with outlet teams.

  • Support scheduling and manpower planning with the F&B Manager when needed


Qualifications

  • College or University degree in Hospitality Management or related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or coordinator role in hospitality.

  • Familiar with F&B operations in international hotels, preferably within Accor brands.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of Opera/Micros/Symphony is a plus.

  • Fluent in Vietnamese and English (both written and spoken).

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
