As Taskforce & Shared Service Director Americas for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems, the main missions you will be performing are:

• Lead the implementation and Management of future Finance applications: Blackline, Online Budget/Forecast tool
• Assist in the governance of current finance applications including: Sun, Birch Street, Opera
• Complete a Quarterly review of all Bank and Balance Sheet Reconciliations for the region
• Lead a "future" internal audit review program. Challenge and back recommendations regarding how to improve
• Be the Taskforce DOF for the region mainly (US, Canada)
• Assist in the training of DOF and ADOFs in the region.
• Learn the shared share model if required
• Assist the Exec Director of Finance with additional projects and analysis

You will be based in the USA and will report to our Executive Regional Director Finance Americas for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems.
