Oversee the daily operations of the spa, ensuring that all services and treatments are offered in an efficient and timely manner.

Coordinate staff schedules and client appointments to maximize operational efficiency.

Monitor the condition and quality of the facilities and equipment, ensuring compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

Provide high-level customer service, ensuring that guests' needs are met promptly and professionally.

Actively promote the spa's services, providing a holistic wellness experience.

As our Spa Coordinator, you will be responsible for supervising, organizing, and managing all operational activities of the hotel's luxury spa. It is important to ensure exceptional guest service, coordinate the team of therapists and reception staff, ensure the quality of the treatments and products offered, and ensure the spa's relaxing and exclusive atmosphere.

You must have a degree in Business Administration, Tourism, Esthetician, Physiotherapist, or similar, with a minimum of three years of experience in spa management or luxury hospitality roles.

You will possess knowledge of spa treatments, wellness, and related products, as well as excellent communication skills in several languages ​​(advanced English is mandatory).
