• Arranges and supervises all activities and entertainment for special occasions, e.g., Christmas and New Year.
• Arranges and supervises all activities connected to special requests for groups, or other guests.
• Arranges and attends all Sport & Activities Functions.
• Lead, motivate and coach staff to achieve service and retail goals, follow protocols and procedures, and exceed guest expectations, Perform retail and service sales 
• Maintaining the facilities operation and training manuals
• Maintains a fully staffed facility by recruiting, interviewing, hiring and training connector
• Coordinates all orientation and training functions for new and existing connector members.
• Communicates clearly and directly with connectors concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability.
• Develops connectors for future advancement when possible                                                         
• Participates in monthly meeting with Lifestyle Heads on club performance, connector relations, training, productivity, equipment and facility maintenance, inventory, stocking and control.
• Communicates clearly and directly with supervisor and colleagues concerning performance expectations, productivity, and accountability within the team.
• Maintain good working relationships with your own team members, and all other departments.                                                                                                                                             
• Be ready and responsible when assigned to perform any other any duties as designated by management.  

• Bachelor, degree or masters, or hospitality management school
• At least 5 years' experience in the sector and impeccable knowledge of Activities
• Competent user of desktop applications and hotel applications
• Languages: fluent in the national language, business English and a 3rd language would be a plus
