We are seeking a visionary and motivated Learning & Development (L&D) Manager to join our team in AlUla, Saudi Arabia. As the L&D Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive learning strategies that align with our organization's goals and enhance employee performance.
- Design, develop, and implement innovative training programs and learning initiatives
- Conduct needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities across the organization
- Manage the Learning Management System (LMS) and other e-learning platforms
- Create and maintain a diverse curriculum of in-person and online training materials
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure their impact on employee performance
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure learning initiatives support business objectives
- Manage the L&D budget and resources efficiently
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the L&D team
- Report on key performance indicators and present findings to senior management
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 5+ years of experience in L&D or a related field, preferably in a corporate setting
- Proven track record in designing and implementing successful training programs
- Strong knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design principles
- Proficiency in e-learning platforms and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and data interpretation abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Demonstrated leadership and team management experience
- Proficiency in performance evaluation and training effectiveness measurement
- Experience in budget management and resource allocation
- Knowledge of organizational development principles
- Professional certifications such as CPLP or ATD certifications are a plus
- Ability to work in a multicultural environment and adapt to the local context of AlUla, Saudi Arabia

Prior experience working with Opera or a related system
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Fluency in English, additional languages are a plus
