Job Description

  • Ensure that personalized service is offered to each guest.
  • Ensures that the internal audit procedures are duly applied. 
  • Supervises the management of group and individual guest billing and cash operations. 
  • Monitor all guest relations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction through personal recognition and prompt cordial attention from arrival through departure.
  • Review arrival list for all arrivals and VIPs to check room allocations, amenities and special requests.
  • The ability to respond properly in any hotel emergency or safety situation.
  • The ability to perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
  • Trains, cross –trains, and retrains all front office personnel.
  • Resolves guest problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously.
  • Reviews and completes credit limit report.
  • Receives information from the previous shift and passes on pertinent details to the oncoming shift.
  • Enforces all cash handling, check cashing, and credit policies.
  • Perform other duties as requested by Front Office Manager

Qualifications

G.C.E O' Level / Diploma in Hospitality
