- Drive and influence pricing strategies across hotels to optimize revenue generation and enhance market share, ensuring competitive positioning in the marketplace.
- Guide revenue management strategies at each hotel, aligning them with national and regional objectives.
- Analyze revenue performance metrics within the country to identify trends and improvement areas.
- Assist in developing and implementing revenue strategies under the guidance of the Regional Director.
- Promote continuous learning and professional growth among revenue teams at the country level.
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Revenue Management, including leadership positions at the country or area level, is required.
- Proven expertise in project management, strategy implementation, and team development.
- Corporate-level experience of a similar nature is also essential.
- Effective leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in strategic planning and project execution.
- Expertise in revenue management tools and systems.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different hotel environments within the country
