What you will be doing:
- Act as the Owner liaison for HOA Owners from the Accounting perspective
- Maintain systems of accounts and controls, providing accurate data necessary for all required accounting reports and statements
- Manage daily income audit, accounts receivable accounts payable, and credit management
- Assist all departments in the interpretation, orientation, training, and analysis of accounting matters
- Participate in creation of monthly financial reports
- Other duties as assigned
Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Possess outstanding guest service skills and sophisticated verbal and written communication skills
- University/College degree in a related discipline is preferred
- Computer literate in Microsoft Windows programs
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team as well as independently
