Job Description

You are part of Accor Digital & Business Factory, in the Mobile Marketing team.

This position allows you to understand the field of CRM and to learn to use Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Batch solutions.

  • Campaign brief management (channels, targeting, message, personalization…)
  • Creation of Push Web campaigns in our tool Batch
  • Creation of Push App, SMS and WhatsApp in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Creation of targeting and campaigns content in +17 languages
  • Carrying out tests and sending proofs
  • Setting up the sending
  • Set up of A/B tests, in a test & learn approach
  • Managing post-sending performance reporting & identifying recommendations
  • Creation of supports for best practices, benchmarks sharing.

Qualifications

  • You are fluent in English and are able to work in an international environment
  • You have a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • You are motivated and have a strong interest for CRM
  • You are rigorous, organized, proactive, and can manage several projects at the same time
  • Master Degree cycle
