Missions Principales :
Sous la responsabilité de l’Event Manager, vous participez à l’organisation des évènements Banquet et Séminaire.
Sous la responsabilité de la Project Manager, vous participez à la communication interne et externe de l’hôtel.
Banquet et Séminaire :
- Assurer la vente, l’organisation et le bon déroulement des évènements professionnels et de particuliers.
- Travaille en coordination avec la cellule de vente Accor et les Sales Manager.
- Rédaction des offres commerciales et transmission des informations aux différents services de l’hôtel.
- Accueillir le client de son arrivée jusqu’à son départ de l’établissement et en assurer la satisfaction.
Communication :
- Gérer l’e-réputation de l’hôtel et du restaurant (animer les pages sur les réseaux sociaux, améliorer le référencement).
- Développer et fidéliser les communautés web (propositions d’actions promotionnelles tels que des jeux concours).
- Créer des visuels de qualité (soirées à thème, promotion du restaurant, newsletter interne, notice d’information, brochures commerciales etc.).
- Niveau d'études : Licence / Master / Bac + 3/4/5
- Domaine d'études : Communication / Marketing / Vente / Evènementiel
- Expérience professionnelle : Etudiant(e) en apprentissage
- Langues requises : Français / Anglais
- Maitrise de Microsoft Office
- Maitrise des logiciels de création Canva, Photoshop...etc
Durée : 4-6 mois minimum
