Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and passionate individuals to join our Golf Food & Beverage Team.
Available Opportunities Include:
- Clubhouse Server
- Oncourse Server
Note - preference will be given to those that our available for the full season (June - October 15th)
Starting Rate: $17.22 per hour
What you will be doing:
- Daily Opening and Closing duties of the snack bar and beverage carts
- Meal periods are Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner
- Function Help – occasionally assisting other departments in F&B
- Group meals up to 150 people
- Table set-ups, Buffet set-ups – arranging equipment
- Attending the beverage cart stations on course
- Have full knowledge of all food and beverage menu items, garnishes, contents and preparation methods
- Loading and Unloading of product to/from storage rooms
- Maintain accurate billing, cash handling and float procedures
- Driving the beverage cart on course. Serving Golfers
- Basic maintenance of a wood burning fireplace (starting fire, stocking wood logs.. etc)

Qualifications
Your experience and skills include:
- Must have Pro-Serve Certification
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Server in a high-volume and fast paced environment required
- Good knowledge of Golf Course Operations is required
- Previous point-of-sale system experience required
- Extensive wine, beer and cocktail knowledge is essential
- Must be able to carry and serve 3 plates at one time
- Schedule flexibility, including early mornings, late nights, weekends, holidays
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40+lbs and be able to be on your feet for 8 hours or more
- Valid Driver’s license
