- Develop the annual budget and capital investments budget
- Attain the sales, quality and financial targets of the hotel
- Being responsible for planning and managing the operations of the hotel to achieve customer (guests, talents, corporate, owner) satisfaction and quality service while meeting/exceeding financial goals
- Drive ambassadors engagement
- Leadership, autonomy and strong decision making skills
- Ability to manage relationship with owner and manager in the frame of Hotel Management Agreement
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Outstanding sales skills
- Ability to study, analyze and interpret complex information in order to improve new practices or develop new approaches
- Service and quality minded
- Good listening skills, ability to create positive, appropriate, effective and sustainable working relationships at all levels
- Be the heart of the hotel and lead by example
- Experienced General Manager with minimum 5 years of experience
- Interesting and challenging job, operation of a 170 rooms, MICE space of aprox. 1,000 sqm, restaurant, bar
