Situé au cœur du 19ᵉ arrondissement de Paris, l’hôtel Mercure Paris Philharmonie La Villette bénéficie d’un emplacement privilégié au sein du Parc de la Villette, à proximité immédiate de la Philharmonie de Paris, de la Cité des Sciences et de nombreux espaces culturels et de loisirs.
MISSION :
Le Chef de Réception est responsable de l’organisation, de la coordination et du bon fonctionnement du service réception afin de garantir une expérience client irréprochable, Il/elle/x est un manager opérationnel de terrain, présent(e) au quotidien en réception, au contact direct des clients et des équipes.
PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILITES :
- Supervise les activités quotidiennes de la réception (check-in, check-out, réservations)
- Anticipe et règle les problèmes avec les clients et met en place des processus proactifs visant à promouvoir la satisfaction Clientèle
- Être présent(e) en front desk
- Gere la boite mail de la réception
- Gere les commissions agence
- Contrôle les dossiers groupes et supervise leur arrivée.
- Incarne l’esprit Heartist dans ses interactions avec les clients
- Impulse une dynamique de résolutions des problèmes de performance qui surviennent au sein du service
- Communique efficacement avec les membres de l’équipe
- Est une source d’inspiration pour l’ensemble des équipes de l’hôtel en termes d’accueil et de satisfaction client
- Interagit de manière positive avec les autres services afin de garantir aux clients un accueil & un séjour de qualité
- Développe la motivation et l’adhésion de ses équipes en créant un bon climat de travail
- Est garant des conditions de travail et de l’ambiance au sein de son service
- S’assure de la conformité des facturations et encaissement

- Du mardi au vendredi :
12h30 – 21h03 / 13h00 – 21h33 / 13h30 – 22h00 - Le samedi :
10h00 – 18h33 / 11h00 – 19h33 / 12h30 – 21h03 / 13h00 – 21h33 / 13h30 – 22h00
📅 Repos : Dimanche & Lundi
- Maitrise de l’anglais et d’une autre langue selon les besoins de l’hôtel
- Expérience solide en réception, avec une première fonction managériale
- Connaissance du logiciel FOLS ( un vrai plus )
- Habitude du travail opérationnel terrain indispensable
- Compétences informatiques (traitement de texte et tableur)
