What you will be doing:

  • Coordinate and manage the flow of food from the kitchen to the dining room during breakfast and lunch service
  • Ensure all dishes are accurate, complete, and meet presentation standards before leaving the pass
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with chefs, servers, and leadership to ensure timely service
  • Monitor ticket times and prioritize orders to maintain service efficiency
  • Assist with organizing the pass and maintaining a clean, structured workspace
  • Support the culinary and service teams in resolving any delays or discrepancies
  • Ensure all guest modifications, allergies, and special requests are properly executed
  • Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and high-performing team environment
  • Other duties assigned

Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or hotel environment is preferred
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized under pressure
  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Understanding of food service operations and kitchen workflow is an asset
  • Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented during busy service periods
  • Flexible availability, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Serving It Right certification

Additional Information

Your team and working environment:

You will be part of a fast-paced Food & Beverage team, working closely with both culinary and service teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This role is key in delivering a seamless guest experience and maintaining high service standards during peak breakfast and lunch periods


Visa requirements: Successful candidates must be legally eligible to work in Canada. The hotel is unable to assist candidates with Canadian work authorization.
