Responsável por apoiar a equipe de cozinha na preparação de alimentos e na organização do ambiente, garantindo agilidade, higiene e qualidade no preparo das refeições.
Principais atividades:
- Auxiliar no preparo de alimentos, como higienização, corte e pré-preparo de ingredientes
- Apoiar na montagem de pratos e reposição de alimentos, conforme orientações da equipe
- Manter a organização e limpeza da cozinha, utensílios e equipamentos
- Realizar a lavagem de louças, panelas e utensílios de cozinha
- Controlar e organizar o estoque de alimentos, verificando validade e armazenamento adequado
- Seguir as normas de higiene e segurança alimentar
- Dar suporte geral à equipe, contribuindo para o bom funcionamento da cozinha
