Working Student – Hotel IT Services (m/f/d)

Are you a tech-savvy student with an interest in hospitality and international collaboration? Our Hotel IT-Team (short “CTS”) supports the delivery of IT services and projects to hotels across the DACH region. We're looking for a Working Student to contribute to our efforts by supporting the team in delivering operational and project-based IT support to hotels in the region.

What will you do?

• Assist our IT Specialists with day-to-day IT service delivery and ongoing support to hotels in the region
• Contribute to the implementation and coordination of IT-related projects at hotel level, including communication and preparation of materials
• Help collect, analyze, and organize data for regular reporting and dashboards to support decision-making
• Maintain and update hotel tech inventories, assist with supplier management and coordination of requests
• Support administrative and documentation tasks across the IT Hotel Services-team

Our ideal profile would be:

• Currently enrolled in a university program, ideally in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
• Organized and proactive, with a collaborative mindset and interest in working in a multicultural environment
• Some basic understanding of IT systems, networks, or hospitality technology is a plus
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, with an interest in learning project management and IT tools
• Valid student work permit for Germany
• Fluent in both English and German
