Job Description

As a Welcomer at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, creating a warm and personalized welcome experience. You play a vital role in delivering the brand’s promise of vibrant hospitality and ensuring a smooth arrival and departure process. You will anticipate guest needs, offer relevant recommendations, and create meaningful connections with every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome all guests with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine smile.

  • Provide personalized check-in and check-out experiences.

  • Assist guests with inquiries, directions, and resort information.

  • Offer beverages or amenities upon arrival, depending on guest status or preferences.

  • Coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and Guest Relations to ensure a seamless experience.

  • Maintain lobby presence and be readily available to assist or guide guests.

  • Promote hotel services, facilities, and ongoing promotions.

  • Handle guest feedback and resolve issues or escalate them appropriately.

  • Ensure guest preferences and special requests are recorded and communicated effectively.

  • Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times, in line with brand standards.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Front Office or guest-facing role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in English (verbal and written); additional languages are an asset.

  • Warm, outgoing, and service-oriented personality.

  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong knowledge of the local area and tourist attractions is a plus.

  • Familiarity with Opera or similar hotel management software is preferred.

  • Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
