Drive the sales and promotion of weddings, banquets, and special events to maximize revenue opportunities.
Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.
Identify new market opportunities and present findings to the Sales & Marketing Department.
Achieve and report on weekly and monthly sales targets to the Events Sales Manager.
Ensure all sales activities and proposals are accurately recorded in Opera.
Manage group and banquet reservations, including room blocks, BEOs, and rooming lists.
Provide timely event information to all relevant departments to ensure seamless operations.
Organize menu tastings and pre-event operational meetings with clients and departments.
Oversee the execution of weddings and events, ensuring client needs are fully met.
Collect post-event feedback from clients to enhance guest satisfaction and service quality.
Oversee billing, deposits, and payment collection to guarantee financial compliance.
Prepare, update, and promote wedding and special event packages, creating upselling opportunities.
Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and provide insights to management.
Maintain professional correspondence, documentation, and filing systems at all times.
Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
