Role Overview:
As a Waiter / Waitress at Delano Dubai, you will be the embodiment of our luxurious dining experience, responsible for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable moments for our guests. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will ensure that every guest feels special and well taken care of in our elegant environment.Experience working in a Japanese restaurant or similar Asian fine-dining concept is highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate familiarity with Japanese dining etiquette, service styles, menu knowledge and the ability to deliver attentive, detail-oriented service aligned with refined cultural dining experiences

Key Responsibilities:

• Guest Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience by greeting guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages with care and attention.

• Menu Expertise: Familiarize yourself with our menu offerings, including daily specials, to provide insightful recommendations and answer guest inquiries.

• Table Management: Ensure efficient table turnover while maintaining a comfortable atmosphere, coordinating closely with the hostess and kitchen staff.

• Collaboration: Work seamlessly with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver timely and accurate service, ensuring that guest needs are met promptly.

• Ambiance Maintenance: Contribute to the restaurant’s elegant atmosphere by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the dining area.

• Guest Engagement: Foster genuine connections with guests, anticipating their needs and addressing any special requests with professionalism and grace.

• Event Support: Assist in the execution of special events, ensuring all details are managed with precision to create memorable experiences.

• Luxury Experience: You have a proven track record in a luxury hospitality environment - luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, exclusive Japanese restaurant or Asian fine-dining concept is highly valued, showcasing your ability to deliver sophisticated and discreet service that exceeds guest expectations menu offerings will be considered a strong advantage in delivering culturally refined guest experiences
• Exceptional Skills: Your communication and interpersonal skills are exemplary, allowing you to engage with guests in a refined manner that enhances their experience.
• Operational Knowledge: You’re proficient in luxury hotel operations and management software, with a solid understanding of sophisticated service protocols that ensure smooth operations.
• Educational Background: A relevant educational qualification, such as a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience, is preferred, aligning with our commitment to excellence.
