Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Waiter/ Waitress in the heart of Dubai's vibrant hospitality industry! We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to provide exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining our high standards of service.

  • Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
  • Take accurate food and beverage orders, communicating effectively with kitchen staff
  • Serve meals and drinks promptly, ensuring quality and presentation meet our standards
  • Anticipate guest needs and respond efficiently to requests or concerns
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service operations
  • Process payments accurately and handle cash responsibly
  • Upsell menu items and promote daily specials to enhance guest experience
  • Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures
  • Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for various services or events
  • Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge
  • Adapt to changing needs during busy periods, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong customer service orientation with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of food and beverage menus, with a willingness to learn and expand expertise
