Job Description

Curate and deliver refined 5-star service experiences, exceeding guest expectations through detail-driven hospitality.

  • Deliver personalised guest experiences with a strong focus on VIPs, loyalty members, long-stay guests, and special occasions.
  • Coordinate pre-arrival communications to anticipate guest needs and arrange tailored experiences.
  • Ensure all guest profiles are accurately maintained and updated to support personalised service delivery.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to guest enquiries, requests, and service recovery situations.
  • Coordinate and oversee the preparation and delivery of in-room amenities, including quality checks for VIP arrivals.
  • Build strong internal relationships to ensure smooth guest journeys across all touchpoints of the hotel.
  • Act as a brand ambassador by upholding presentation standards, promoting hotel services, and delivering service excellence aligned with luxury hospitality expectations.

Qualifications

  • 2–3 years’ experience in a hotel or luxury hospitality environment, with a passion for service excellence.
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office, and hotel systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and detail-oriented, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while upholding 5-star service standards.
