Company Description

We are looking for a VIP Attendant to join the re-opening of the famed Delano Miami Beach.

Set to open its doors in early 2026, Delano Miami Beach will fuse historic charm with contemporary luxury, reflecting a reimagined experience that pays homage to the original visionary concept. Comprising 171 rooms and distinct food and beverage concepts, the hotel will preserve its iconic walk-in pool and, in addition, unveil a new pool on an amenity deck, offering breathtaking views of the ocean. Delano Miami Beach will act as the brand’s flagship location, re-establishing Delano as a trailblazer in luxury lifestyle hospitality. Ennismore, in partnership with Cain International (the owners of Delano Miami Beach as well as partner in the Delano brand), are currently undertaking a significant renovation and redevelopment of the iconic Delano hotel.


Job Description

JOB OVERVIEW:

Under the guidance of the Bellini Bar Manager, the VIP Attendants are responsible for delivering personalized and discreet service to VIP guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit. They act as the main point of contact for VIP guests within the Food and Beverage outlets, anticipating needs and exceeding expectations to uphold brand standards of luxury and hospitality. VIP Attendants work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless, exclusive, and memorable experience for high-profile guest

 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide exceptional, personalized service to VIP guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are anticipated and met with discretion.
  • Maintain the highest standards of hospitality consistent with Delano Brand Standards.
  • Assist with welcoming VIP guests, escorting them, and ensuring a seamless and memorable experience throughout their visit.
  • Coordinate closely with Food & Beverage and other departments to deliver timely and efficient VIP services.
  • Manage VIP guest requests promptly and professionally, resolving any issues or concerns effectively.
  • Support the Bellini Bar Manager by helping oversee VIP areas and ensuring service standards are upheld.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions with VIP guests.
  • Assist with training and mentoring new VIP attendants to uphold service excellence.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hotel policies and procedures at all times.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve VIP guest experience.
  • Complete all required reports and documentation accurately and on time.
  • Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by the supervisor or manager to support VIP guest satisfaction.
  • We recognize we are in the hospitality industry and that may require us to provide lateral service. 

We will on occasion call for each individual in the team to, on a routine basis perform various related tasks as needed in the spirit of providing exceptional guest service.
