Job Description

Based in Issy-les-Moulineaux.

Vice President Risks in charge of leading Risk management activities for Accor Group. The VP Risks reports to the SVP Group Risks, Internal Control & Insurances

  • Lead Climate and Biodiversity risk analysis, CSRD for Finance, anti bribery risk mapping, IT and Digital Factory risk processes
  • Influence the organisation to decrease likelihood and impact of  identified risks
  • Facilitate the Group’s Risk Committee meetings, which are held quarterly
  • Prepare the risk reporting for the Group’s executive committee
  • Implement and monitor Key Risk Indicators
  • Ensure the reduction of Group risks with risk owners (appropriate actions, budget in place)
  • Prepare presentations for the Audit and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Write all communications related to Group risks (URD , CSRD)
  • Promote the risk culture among the Group’s senior executives

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business / Finance / Hospitality Management
  • Strong affinity with Hospitality challenges
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in a consulting company in Risk Management
  • International environment
