• To have a thorough understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food & Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.
• To efficiently sell and accurately record all room service orders, verbally by phone, doorknobs or through the outlet
• Perform all associated room service duties such as trays, preparation areas, tray delivery/collection and any associated service and cleaning duties.

• At least 1 year Telephone Sales Agent / Room Dining Order Taker experience
• Strong guest and employee interpersonal skills
• Guest experience centric
• Strong beverage/wine knowledge
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
