We are ibis Schiphol Amsterdam Airport, a bustling three-star hotel with 644 rooms, four unique F&B outlets, and a top team of 78 colleagues who warmly welcome our guests every day. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an enthusiastic Team Member FO!

What will you do?

At ibis Amsterdam Airport, you’ll have the chance to be yourself, because we believe that being the best version of yourself allows you to offer the best possible service to our guests.
As our Front Office Receptionist, you are the first and last point of contact for our guests. You’ll ensure a smooth check-in and check-out process and assist them with any questions or requests they may have.
You’ll also handle general administrative tasks related to the Front Office department. Of course, you're not doing this alone, you’ll be part of a warm and fun team of over 20 colleagues!

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with a true passion for hospitality, someone who is enthusiastic and outgoing, enjoys working in a team, is flexible, and pays attention to detail. In addition, you have:

• (Preferably) experience in a Front Office position;
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with excellent command of English, and preferably Dutch as well;
• Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or similar systems.
