Job Description

The main responsibility is to manage the total sales efforts within the hotels to generate pro-actively revenue. The basic guideline to do this is the hotel’s Marketing Plan as well as the Business Plan. He maintains, develops and recognizes Key Accounts/Prospects in Aqaba as well as Amman. He maintains on a regular basis the contacts to the local and international Travel Trade and is involved with all the agreements/contracts the hotel has with major Key Accounts/Tour Operators, etc. He is aware of the market trends from all the existing and potential feeders. 

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Compilation of and adherence to financial budgets within rooms (Market mix, avg. room rate, YIELD and Occupancy).
  • Organization and monitoring of all administrative affairs within the Sales Office.
  • Co-operation with hotel’s Rooms Division, F&B, Conference/Seminar, Banquet/Catering department.
  • Co-ordination with Area Sales Office.
  • Close contacts to Corporate Accounts and Travel Trade.
  • The following duties within frame of work:
  1. Sales

  3. Finance
  4. Contracting
  5. General

Qualifications

• Open exclusively to Saudi Nationals.

• Designed for candidates with little to no prior work experience, including recent graduates and individuals with up to 6 months of relevant experience. • Proficiency in basic English is required.

• Demonstrated passion for the hospitality industry. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• A collaborative team player, willing to contribute and proactively support colleagues.

• Flexibility to work varied shifts based on departmental needs.

• Ability to remain attentive to guest needs, maintaining composure and courtesy at all times
