Job Description

We are seeking a Talent and Culture Executive to join our team, reporting directly to the Director of Talent and Culture. The role encompasses the following key responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and maintain payroll and time and attendance systems, including processing new hires, promotions, resignations, and other employment status changes.
  • Prepare and verify payroll details, ensuring all inputs are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Oversee the Exit Management process, facilitating smooth transitions for departing employees.
  • Develop and update brand and department policies and procedures as needed.
  • Assist with new hire orientations and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate and execute employee-related activities and events.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage the filing system and tracking database for all employees and leaders.
  • Support the preparation of monthly reports as required.
  • Ensure HR communication boards are current and informative.
  • Manage document delivery to appropriate departments in a timely manner.
  • Provide professional, courteous, and efficient customer service to team members and leaders consistently.

This position requires a dedicated individual who can contribute to the success of our Talent and Culture department while maintaining a high standard of professionalism.


Qualifications

 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows applications is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-paced environment is crucial.
  • Must exhibit unwavering tact, flexibility, and diplomacy while maintaining strict confidentiality at all times.
  • Proven commitment to upholding guest service excellence by consistently delivering high-quality service to internal stakeholders.
  • Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated capacity to cultivate professional relationships.
  • Exemplary level of responsibility and reliability is non-negotiable.
  • Strong initiative and self-direction, coupled with the ability to function as an integral team member.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a multifaceted HR office, specifically in an administrative capacity. Experience within a hotel or dedicated Human Resources environment is strongly preferred.
  • Tertiary Education in Human Resources related field is considered a significant asset.
