We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Human Resources professional to enhance our Talent & Culture team. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in Human Resources while directly supporting the Talent & Culture Manager.

Job Description

  • Lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
  • End-to-end recruitment activity, maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
  • HRIS management, data entry and maintain employee records.
  • Onboarding and offboarding, conduct First Day Inductions with new team members.
  • Provide coaching and support to leaders on talent administration, training and performance management.
  • Handle team member grievances with professionalism and sensitivity.
  • Regularly review and update the hotel induction process to reflect changing conditions and ensure all new employees receive comprehensive training.
  • Assist in reward and recognition programs, and delivering training sessions.
  • Ensure health, safety and welfare of all staff is provided for and assist in the effective operation of the WHS Committee.

Qualifications

  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Experienced HR generalist with a passion for workplace culture.
  • Strong communicator with the ability to engage diverse teams.
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to genuinely connect with others.
  • Strong attention to detail, organisational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous hospitality experience is highly regarded.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
