Raffles & Fairmont the Red Sea, positioned in the kingdom's groundbreaking Red Sea Project, will provide visitors access to a nature-focused resort. with 361 room, eleven distinct dining concepts, including overwater restaurant with views of the Red Sea and the mangroves, and a Spa. The resort will be situated next to an 18-hole championship golf course, reflecting Fairmont's association as a world class golf destination. it will set new standards in sustainable development, positioned on 200km of untouched coastline, an archipelago of more than 90 unspoiled island, dormant volcanoes, rich marine habitat, and ancient archaeological sites.


Job Description

At Fairmont The Red Sea, our colleagues are our greatest ambassadors and the heart of our legendary guest experience. As Talent & Culture Executive, you will serve as a strategic and operational partner in fostering a workplace culture built on excellence, inclusivity, and well-being.

You will be entrusted with supporting the end-to-end T&C lifecycle: from recruitment coordination and onboarding to employee engagement, compliance, T&C administration, and internal communication.

This role demands a detail-oriented, service-driven professional with a passion for people and a commitment to delivering HR support that reflects the high standards and prestige of a luxury hospitality brand. You will work closely with the Talent & Culture Manager and other stakeholders to ensure seamless colleague experiences that align with Fairmont’s core values and Accor’s global talent philosophy.

Key Responsibilities

Talent & Culture Operations

  • Support the daily operations of the Talent & Culture department, ensuring T&C services are delivered with efficiency, confidentiality, and care.

  • Maintain and update employee records both electronic and physical in compliance with local labor laws, brand standards, and data privacy requirements.

  • Prepare T&C documents including contracts, promotion letters, warning letters, and other employee correspondence.

  • Oversee the accuracy and consistency of job descriptions, organizational charts, and T&C templates.

  • Respond to colleague inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and internal procedures in a timely and professional manner.

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of T&C systems and technologies, including HRIS platforms and timekeeping tools.

Onboarding & Integration

  • Coordinate all facets of the new hire onboarding journey, including pre-employment processes, visa and residency arrangements, ID issuance, banking setup, and benefits registration.

  • Facilitate comprehensive new colleague orientation programs that instill Fairmont’s values and elevate early engagement.

  • Liaise with relevant departments (IT, Security, Finance, Operations) to ensure seamless new joiner setup and integration.

  • Ensure new colleagues review and sign the Accor Code of Ethics, Human Rights Policy, and other mandatory compliance documents.

Engagement & Culture

  • Assist in the planning and execution of colleague engagement activities, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives.

  • Support internal communication efforts that promote transparency, inclusivity, and a strong sense of belonging across departments.

  • Update and maintain recruitment and engagement notice boards with relevant announcements and opportunities.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure all HR activities adhere to local labor regulations, Accor policies, and audit requirements.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and records to support compliance, including employment eligibility, visa status, and signed policy acknowledgements.

  • Prepare reports and data insights as required by the Director of Talent & Culture or corporate office.

General & Ad Hoc Support

  • Represent the Talent & Culture team with a polished, warm, and professional demeanor at all times.

  • Support internal HR projects, audits, and ad hoc assignments as delegated by the Talent & Culture Manager or Director.

  • Promote interdepartmental harmony through open communication, discretion, and trust-building with all colleagues.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Human Resources or Talent & Culture support role; luxury hospitality or service industry experience is preferred.

  • Exceptional organizational and administrative skills with a high level of attention to detail.

  • Strong interpersonal abilities with a warm, collaborative approach and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Knowledge of Saudi labor law, visa processes, and onboarding requirements is highly advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with HRIS or ATS systems is a plus.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.

  • Understanding of Ultra-Luxury guest expectations and brand alignment.
  • experience in project coordination, scheduling, and document control during pre-Opening stages.
  • Experience in pre-Opening is a must.
  • A proactive, anticipatory approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
