• Provide administrative support to the Assistant T&C Manager
• Communicate with and respond to all the enquiries in relation to welfare and onboarding of Heartists
• Ensure all welfare activities and accommodation updates processed in a timely fashion
• Update accommodation key management system, accommodation inspection, accommodation assignment and maintenance issues requests through SARA
• Provide monthly birthday calendar, activity calendar and posters 
• Personnel filing & notice board update
• Proactive in planning and implement welfare activities to enhance Heartists wellbeing 
• Responsible for related monthly report assigned by Assistant T&C Manager
• Others tasks as directed by the Assistant P&C Manager within skills and competencies

• Diploma in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar capacity
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in Fusion, MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Past experience of working in the Maldives
