As F&B Project Manager, your mission is twofold: you  support the F&B Strategy central & regional team thanks to competitive intelligence insights and strategic analyses on our F&B network and animate the F&B community thanks to regular events.

This will consist in the following responsibilities:

• Monitor global F&B trends
• Perform strategic analyses on our network and our performance for ExCo level
• Secure & monitor F&B offer global delivery & consistency
• Organize and Animate Accor’s F&B community
• Support external communication strategy
• In a second time, support to design a talent program for F&B Heartists worldwide

3+ years in strategic consulting 

Strong analytical and presentation skills

English fluent
