Job Description

* Requests, receives, stocks and issues materials, supplies, tools, parts and equipment.

* Utilizes a computer purchasing and inventory control system.

* Verifies articles against purchase orders or packing lists, counts, and inspects materials for damage or defects.

* Reviews potential vendor information required to register as PCWA suppliers.

* Researches discrepancies in purchase orders and duplicate orders.

* Selects proper storage areas and stores articles in bins, racks, shelves, floor or yard areas.

* Issues materials, supplies, tools, parts and equipment, obtains proper records and requisitions.

* Enters and retrieves data from a computerized inventory control system.

* Tracks material usage and establishes reorder points.

* Assists in reconciling work order quantities with inventory records

* Performs weekly cycle counts, quarterly inventory, mid -year inventory, year-end inventory and physical inventory and prepares year-end inventory reports.

* To predict that all activities and to be purchased all equipment and belongings may create disease for the environment, to join all activities which is organized to protect biological diversity and shares the responsibilities, shares the individual responsibilities in order to increase environment knowledge and to carry on necessary trainings. To provide minimum consumption currently used all stuffs and equipment (paper, printed out etc.).

* To implement necessary warnings and departmental trainings in order to save energy inside the facility. To carry on implementing decisions which were taken for saving energy. To predict effects of environment and efficiency of energy on purchased equipment.

* To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment and lead to staffs.

* To provide carrying chemicals safely, carrying, storing and using in accordance with laws, controlling reducing chemical dirtiness.

* Carries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities.

* Carries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.


Qualifications

* Education: 4-year bachelor's degree

* Experience: At least 2 years of work experience.

* Foreign Language: At least intermediate level English.

* Computer Literacy: MS Office applications, MC knowledge.

* Special Qualifications: Has knowledge about the legislation / practices / systems in the related field. Performs several actions that are correlated and concern more than one group of actions specifically aimed at the targets. Performs specific sequential activities that are related to each other.
