Resident Service & Housing Support

  • Provide professional, knowledgeable, and friendly service to all residents and colleagues.
  • Uphold all housing policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Communicate clearly, factually, and directly when addressing housing concerns, expectations, or maintenance outcomes.
  • Support general housing operations through additional duties as assigned.
