Job Description

Our Staff Housing Coordinator plays an integral role at the hotel in providing employees who reside in Staff Housing a positive and healthy living experience.  They are the first person our new employees see when they arrive and the last person they see when they depart. If you enjoy being a part of an amazing team, and providing great customer service to fellow employees, this Staff Housing Coordinator position will be a perfect fit for you.

   Job Duties Include:  

  • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service at all times
  • Facilitate check in / check out of residents and roommate assignments
  • Perform a high volume of data entry including employee information and updating resident files and master lists
  • Enter, maintain and follow up on work orders for the staff housing buildings
  • Answer telephone inquiries promptly and professionally and channel to the appropriate person for assistance
  • Organize and sort employee mail
  • Assist residents who have questions, concerns, or  need assistance
  • Assist in maintaining the standards, procedures and policies of the office
  • Safeguard the privacy of employee information by maintaining complete confidentiality

Qualifications

Your Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to be active for 8 hours
