Spa Therapist

Mondrian Gold Coast is set to debut on the sun-drenched esplanade of the iconic Burleigh Beach in Q2-2025. This destination lifestyle precinct is a vision of some of Australia and the world’s most celebrated changemakers, risk takers and creative thinkers. Mondrian Gold Coast is an immersive precinct that reflects the culture of one of Australia’s most iconic coastal destinations.

We are looking for a Spa Therapist who will be responsible for creating calming and rejuvenating experiences for guests and clients.  Providing specialist skills to perform spa treatments which provide personal care that is orientated towards their relaxation and well-being, creating exceptional guest experiences. 

THE ROLE

• Provide a variety of beauty and wellness treatments, including facials, massages, body treatments and other therapeutic services.  
• Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments customising treatments based on individual client needs and preferences.
• Be part of the full guest journey including reception duties, taking guest calls, welcoming guests and checking guests out.
• Actively seek and respond to guest feedback to continuously improve service quality.
• Maintain up to date knowledge on current products and treatments available and recommend and advise clients on products and treatments most suitable to meet their needs  

THE REQUIREMENTS

• Experience as a Spa Therapist in a luxury spa, hotel, or resort environment with expertise in delivering a range of treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments is highly regarded. 
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to create a warm, welcoming, and relaxing environment. 
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail in all aspects of guest service.
• Previous experience working with a spa booking system (e.g., Book4Time) is advantageous. 
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. 
• Must have valid Australian Working Rights.
